Sara came to recruitment from a creative design background, taking her first step into the industry in Liverpool in 2006 — within Construction and Property, specialising in permanent white-collar and architectural appointments.
She later moved into Education recruitment, supporting schools by placing talented teaching assistants into temporary roles.

An international market
Seeking a new challenge, Sara relocated to Dubai, where she spent five years recruiting across the Business Support market.
Working with a diverse range of businesses and professionals sharpened her consultative approach and broadened her international recruitment expertise.
